IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On the date set for the further hearing in the above-entitled matter, the tribunal received information which was subsequently confirmed in writing by counsel for both parties that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved by settlement, effectively warranting the entry of a ruling that the scheduled further hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause having been demonstrated, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 21, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this entire matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
