IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the convening of the scheduled consolidated hearing in these matters, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Complaints and Vacate Hearing. The parties have reached a settlement in these disputes. They stipulate to the dismissal of the two complaints with prejudice. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing in set for April 16, 1998, be vacated and that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for disposition with the recommendation that the citations and complaints in these matters be dismiss with prejudice as stipulated by the parties.
