IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 1, 1997, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Consent Order signed by Respondent Edward N. Hook and John King, Deputy Commissioner for the Arizona Department of Real Estate. In the Consent Order, the Respondent agreed (1) to the revocation of his real estate broker’s license and (2) that he will not apply for a real estate license for ten years.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set in this matter on December 2, 1997 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action if necessary.
