IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 31, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF COMPLAINT AND NOTICE OF HEARING from Joey Ridenour, the Executive Director of the Arizona State Board of Nursing.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 21, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona State Board of Nursing for any further action that the Board deems appropriate.
