On February 17, 1998, Petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Dismiss Request for Hearing (the “Motion”) and represented that the $640.00 fine will be paid. On February 18, 1998, counsel for the Arizona Department filed a Response wherein the Department of Insurance did not oppose the Motion Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing of this matter set for February 19, 1998, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
