On January 7, 1998, the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order wherein Respondents were found to be in default in failing to file an answer and the allegations in the Notice of Hearing were deemed admitted. The Director revoked Respondents’ insurance licenses, ordered restitution be made and assessed a civil penalty. Under the circumstances, there is no need to proceed to hearing . Based in the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing of this matter set for January 8, 1998. Done this day, January 8, 1998.
