On October 1, 1998, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a MOTION TO VACATE from Assistant Attorney General Blair Driggs requesting that the hearing in this matter scheduled for October 5, 1998 be vacated because the parties have reached a possible resolution.
Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 5, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Structural Pest Control Commission for any further action that the Executive Director deems appropriate.
