Counsel for the Arizona Department of Insurance represented in that document that this matter has been resolved but that the parties have not yet been able to execute a Consent Order. Based on the above, the hearing of this matter set for May 15 and 18, 1998, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, May 15, 1998.
