On January 5, 1998, Petitioner filed a Notice of Withdrawal wherein Petitioner withdrew its protest in the above-captioned matter and requested that the hearing be vacated. Counsel for the Arizona Department of Insurance filed a response on January 5, 1998, and represented that the Department had no objection to the withdrawal of the protest or vacating the hearing Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing of this matter set for January 6, 1998 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
