IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 1997, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order issued by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance (“Department”) was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In that document, the Director of the Department found the allegations in the Notice of Hearing deemed admitted because the Respondents did not file an answer within twenty days of issuance of the Notice of Hearing. Based on the above, the hearing of this matter set for November 24, 1997 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, November 24, 1997.
