Shortly prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, counsel for the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission filed a motion to vacate the scheduled hearing in the above-entitled matter, also withdrawing its prior request for and notice of hearing, thereby effectively terminating this administrative action.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause having been demonstrated, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on March 30, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Executive Director of the Structural Pest Control Commission for appropriate disposition.
