IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 8, 1997, counsel for the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (“Post”) filed a Motion to Vacate the hearing in this matter. In the motion, counsel for Post represents that the parties have concluded a settlement agreement which will be considered at a future Post meeting. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for October 9, 1997 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to Post.
