The parties have presented a Minute Entry from Superior Court where the parties entered into a settlement agreement. A portion of the minute entry specifically provided that all matters between the parties, including all of the Complainant’s complaints before the Registrar of Contractors, were resolved as a part of the parties’ settlement agreement in Superior Court. Based upon the minute entry of the Superior Court it is recommended that Citation No. T95-0271, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed.
