IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled compliance hearing, the parties filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved, acknowledging satisfaction of the Registrar’s Order and canceling the compliance hearing. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that the Registrar find compliance with the original September 20, 1996 Order entered in this matter and that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be closed in accordance with all of the terms and conditions set forth in said September 20, 1996 Order.
