Pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4) and Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 32-128(F) the above-captioned matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is remanded to the referring agency for further action. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that all allegations enumerated in the Complaint and Notice of Hearing issued January 26, 2026, be deemed admitted by Respondent.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Arizona Board of Technical Registration may impose discipline against Registered Land Surveyor Registration No. 44567 as a result of this Order.
