Respondent’s Objection to the virtual appearance of witnesses is OVERRULED. The Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings has conducted remote video hearings for approximately six years. Office of Administrative Hearings does not compel participants to appear in person. Hearings may be conducted in-person, by video conference, or by telephone, and virtual appearances are a standard and accepted practice.
