The documents, consisting of a request for rehearing and other affiliated documents, will not be considered as they were either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter as the Office of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction over the matter. Although the documents will be retained in the file, they should not be responded to by any party.

All correspondence, including Petitioner’s request for rehearing, must be filed directly with Arizona Department of Housing.
