On July 10, 2026, the Tribunal issued a subpoena on behalf of Petitioner Rainey, Chad D./ HN&CR Living Trust.

On July 14, 2026, Respondent The Garden Lakes Community Association objected.

On July 15, 2026, the Tribunal issued an Order Quashing the Subpoena.

Shortly thereafter on July 15, 2026, Petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order Quashing Subpoenas.

After careful consideration,

IT IS ORDERED, upholding the Tribunal’s order on July 15, 2026, quashing the subpoena issued on July 10, 2026.
