2025 Election to the Board and Capital Improvement Fee Amendment

Election to the Board of Directors: This year there are two vacancies on the Board of Directors. There are (2) two homeowners who have submitted their Candidacy. Vote for 2 candidates. Candidate Voting will close at 5:00 PM MST Arizona on January 26, 2025.

Capital Improvement Fee Amendment: For this Election, there is one measure to provide consent to amend the CC&Rs. This is a continuation of an earlier Ballot, dated: October 31, 2024. Vote by indicating your consent to the Amendment: YES or NO.

We will be emailing you the option to vote electronically using a third- party representative, called Vote*HOA*Now.
