ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Petitioner Wendell Hollinshead appeared on his own behalf. LeAnna Smack, Esq. represented Respondent Rockwood Estates Community Association. Carlye Salzer appeared as a witness for Respondent.

The parties participated a prehearing discussion. Following that discussion, the parties requested that this matter be continued and set for a status date in order to afford them the opportunity to further explore a resolution of the matter. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 22, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
