ORDER VACATING

HEARING

On or about November 24, 2025, the Arizona State Board of Denal Examiners (the Board) served Kenneth Thomson (Respondent) with the Complaint and Notice of Hearing (Notice). The Notice was provided by certified mail, first class mail, and electronic mail.

On December 29, 2025, the Board notified this Tribunal that Respondent had not filed a response and requested the matter be vacated.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1263.01(H), “[a] licensee or certificate holder shall respond in writing to the board within twenty days after a notice of hearing is served. A licensee who fails to answer the charges in a complaint and notice of hearing issued pursuant to this article and title 41, chapter 6, article 10 is deemed to admit the acts charged in the complaint, and the board may revoke or suspend the license without a hearing.”

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
