On June 9, 2026, the Parties filed a joint Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which they advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 29, 2026, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry for further action.
