IT IS ORDERED that the continued hearing will convene on September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., with further hearing on September 15, 2026, if necessary. The hearing will be conducted either by video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet as follows:

On or before August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file with the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) and provide a copy to the opposing party, the initial exhibits that they plan to submit, along with an initial List of Exhibits that provides a designation and brief description of each exhibit, as well as an initial List of Witnesses whose testimony they plan to present, along with a brief description of the witnesses’ anticipated testimony.
On or before August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file pre-hearing briefs.
On or before August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file with OAH and provide a copy to the opposing party, the supplemental exhibits that they plan to submit, along with a Supplemental List of Exhibits that provides a designation and brief description of each exhibit, as well as a Supplemental List of Witnesses whose testimony they plan to present, along with a brief description of the witnesses’ anticipated testimony.
