ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
AND SETTING HEARING VIA GOOGLE MEET
A prehearing conference convened on February 9, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Appellant Jane Lagacy appeared on her own behalf. Assistant Attorney General Pamela Peiser represented Arizona Department of Administration (“Respondent”). Ms. Peiser explained to Dr. Legacy the documentation that Respondent would need to review in order to potentially resolve the matter in dispute. Ms. Peiser graciously agreed to speak with the Human Resources representative for Dr. Legacy in order to determine if the information required to potentially resolve the matter exists and is available. The burden and standard of proof was also discussed.
The parties agreed that a continuance of the hearing would be beneficial and the request for a continuance was granted. The parties further agreed that the hearing would be conducted via Google Meet.
Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and will be conducted either by video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet as follows:

On or before March 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file with the Office of Administrative Hearings and provide a copy to each other, the exhibits that they plan to submit, along with a List of Exhibits that provides a designation and brief description of each exhibit, as well as a List of Witnesses whose testimony they plan to present, along with a brief description of the witnesses’ anticipated testimony.
