On July 22, 2026, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had reached an agreement that a hearing was no longer necessary in this matter. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
