On October 29, 2025, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that it has agreed to reinstate Mr. Barber's Certificate, and therefore, the hearing is no longer necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
