Pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(1), as the parties have resolved their dispute, this matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”), with prejudice.

IT IS ORDERED that and is remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the public Notice of Hearing issued March 05, 2026, shall be sealed in part by OAH. Specifically, paragraphs 3-10 and 13-14 of the Notice of Hearing shall be barred from dissemination subject to request without redaction of those sections.
