On February 26, 2026, the Arizona Secretary of State (AzSOS) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the AzSOS advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 13, 2026, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the AzSOS for further action.
