IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

In the Matter of:

American Virtual Academy (Entity ID#79461), an Arizona for-profit corporation operating, Primavera Online, an Arizona charter school

No. 25F-RV-002-BCS

ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

On February 23, 2026, the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools filed a Motion to Continue Charter Revocation Hearing and Submission Deadlines, with no objection from counsel for Primavera Virtual Academy, Inc. (formerly known as American Virtual Academy, Inc.). The parties request that the hearing, currently set for four days in April 2026, be continued to the week of May 18, 2026, in order to “allow the parties to fully explore settlement before proceeding to hearing.”

This matter has been pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings since March 2025, and has been set on the calendar for hearing multiple times for multi-day hearings, taking up valuable hearing space. Further, the requested May 2026 hearing dates are not available on the undersigned’s calendar.

In light of the above,

IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the Motion to Continue. However, this matter is set for a written Status Update on April 20, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing. In the event the parties are unable to resolve this matter, the parties shall provide multiple dates of availability for a continued hearing and no further continuances will be granted absent exigent circumstances.

Done this day, February 24, 2026.
