On April 13, 2026, the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools (“Board”) filed a Status Update: Notice of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss Matter and Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties

“have executed a settlement agreement that fully resolves this matter. Accordingly, the Board has rescinded its Notice of Intent to Revoke the charter contract held by Primavera and dismissed the matter.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action.
