ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of the Board of Technical Registration and good cause appearing,

the hearing in the above-entitled matters is continued and set for a Status Update on October 30, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matters have been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matters by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matters be set for hearing. If the parties request that the matters be placed on the calendar for hearing, they should include several dates on which both parties and their witnesses are available to appear during the months of December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026. This may avoid the need for further delays.
