ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO QUASH, DENYING INTERVENOR STATUS

At the request of Mr. Ramirez and NRG Industrial Electrical Services (NRG),

IT IS ORDERED the subpoena to Mr. Ramirez and NRG, dated December 17, 2024, regarding production of documents is quashed for being oppressive, as overly broad, and for failure to personally serve pursuant to rule.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that NRG is not granted Intervenor status.
