On February 26, 2025, Petitioner requested issuance of subpoenae and requested reconsideration for the issuance of subpoenas in this matter. As discussed at the January 13, 2025 pre-hearing conference, the information sought is in the nature of information not specifically relevant to the issues stated in the Petition. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED the motion is denied and the subpoena request is denied.
