HEARING

On June 18, 2026, Marc Prochello (“Petitioner”), through counsel, filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Claim with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that he has voluntarily withdrawn the claim filed against Canyon Trails Unit 4 West Community Association (“Respondent”) on October 27, 2025, and that he no longer wishes to pursue this matter.

Based upon the withdrawal of the filed petition by Petitioner, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action.
