Having reviewed Petitioner’s Motion for Clarification, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge makes the following Order:

Hearings in matters related to Homeowner Associations (HOAs) are typically set for in-person appearances. However, due to flooding of the Office of Administrative Hearings building the hearing in this matter was set to be heard virtually.

Respondent requested to appear in-person. The request was granted, and the matter will now be heard at 3:00 p.m. on February 13, 2026.
