Following discussion at the time of the April 10, 2026 hearing, the parties agreed to file written memorandum, in lieu of administrative hearing, by April 24, 2026, regarding the legal/jurisdictional standing of Petitioner’s Petition regarding an HOA-enacted possible penalty which has not been applied to Petitioner.

IT IS ORDERED the hearing record is held open for the parties memorandum, which are due on April 24, 2026. Thereafter, the Administrative Law Judge will review the memorandum and issue a decision.
