ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of Petitioner and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on Monday, February 09, 2026. On or before this date Petitioner shall submit one of the following motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):

(1) Inform the tribunal that reimbursement of the filing fee(s) paid for this matter have been received by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing, or

(2) Inform the tribunal that Petitioner needs additional time to obtain reimbursement by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 15-days, 30-days, or 45-days.

Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).
