The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document filed on February 4, 2026, issues the following Minute Entry:

The document, consisting of an email from Petitioner inquiring: “How do I file a writ of execution (or other apprpriate [sic] document)? The HOA is not responding to my request for payment,” will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter. Moreover, the Office of Administrative Hearings cannot provide any legal advice. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.
