On September 30, 2025, counsel for Respondent requested that the hearing be conducted virtually due to the in-person unavailability of a witness.

The projection for the hearing in this matter has been changed multiple times on request of Petitioner. Administrative hearings may be conducted in person, virtually, or through both methods when one party is present in person and the other is appearing virtually. In circumstances when there is a convenience factor that is non-prejudicial to the matter, it is in the interest of judicial efficiency that the convenience be allowed so that the hearing may proceed.
