Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Petitioner’s request for subpoena that requires an in camera review of evidence and a requirement that evidence be submitted to the tribunal by September 26, 2025. Upon further review of this matter,

IT IS ORDERED denying the subpoena request filed on September 11, 2025 as an in camera review is not necessary. Petitioner may submit a new subpoena request without the requirement for an in camera review and submission to the Administrative Law Judge. Furthermore, the request should provide Respondent with 14 days to respond from the date of service and instructions regarding how documents can be produced to Petitioner, for example, Petitioner’s e-mail and/or address.
