ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

The tribunal is in receipt of Petitioner’s Motion, Respondent’s Response and Petitioner’s Reply thereto. After careful deliberation;

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is continued to October 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all exhibits shall be filed/exchanged no later than October 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Failure to provide the same by that date and time may prevent the exhibits from being considered at hearing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent fully comply with the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued on August 19, 2025, with the exception of the August 21, 2025 Order, by September 30, 2025. That Order requiring Respondent to provide redacted billing records from CHDB dating back to 2005, shall too be due to Complainant by September 30, 2025. Failure to provide the same by 5:00 p.m. may allow Petitioner to seek redress in Superior Court for enforcement.
