The tribunal is in receipt of multiple motions by both parties. After careful review, and in an effort to provide clear orders, the tribunal makes the following orders:

IT IS ORDERED that Respondent shall comply with the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued on August 19, 2025, insofar as Respondent must produce the executed fee agreements and the general ledger, and the redacted billing records as offered as a compromise. Respondent shall produce the same by October 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the subpoena singed on September 5, 2025 and denying Petitioner’s Motion to Quash. Petitioner shall produce the same by October 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by September 19, 2025 the parties shall produce a list of available dates for hearing.
