Respondent’s motion is granted, in part. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that subpoenas issued February 02, 2026, for Ed Wamil, Lisa Laird, and Rich Baldwin are hereby quashed pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-113(E).
