Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Petitioner’s motion to consolidate docket No. 25F-H054-REL with No. 25F-H045-REL. The hearing in docket No. 25F-H045-REL is scheduled to convene on June 13, 2025. Respondent did not object to the consolidation of the matters. However, Respondent requested that the hearing be held on July 15, 2025, the date that is currently set for hearing in docket No. 25F-H054-REL. Petitioner objected to delaying the hearing date until July 15, 2025. Having reviewed the motion, the objection, and the response, IT IS ORDERED that docket No. 25F-H054-REL and docket No. 25F-H045-REL are consolidated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing will convene at 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2025.1 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to quash the subpoena issued to Bryan Patterson is denied as moot. Petitioner may file a new subpoena that includes the new hearing date.
