On January 20, 2026, Respondent requested an order to stop Petitioner from distributing documents in the community.

The Tribunal has no power to grant that request. In matters such as this one (25F-H044-REL), the Tribunal only has authority to address Petition Issues referred by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for hearing. If Respondent believes that distribution of the documents is a violation of law, addressable through the petition process with the Arizona Department or Real Estate, or community documents, Respondent may submit a petition.

These documents will not be discussed as part of this proceeding unless they are an Issue before the Tribunal as detailed in the Notices of Hearing by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
