On August 19, 2025, Canyon Ridge Properties, LLC (“Petitioner”), through counsel, filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that it has withdrawn its Homeowners Association (HOA) Dispute Process Petition filed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”).

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
