(2) The date that the Association became aware that Board candidates

Diana Ebertshauser and Brodie Hurtado failed to disclose their familial ties to a partner at Carpenter Hazelwood in their candidate applications.

The parties must submit the required information to the tribunal no later than Friday, May 9, 2025.
