On April 28, 2025, the tribunal signed subpoenas for Brodie Hurtado, Diana Ebertshauser, Kevin McPhillips, Jonathan Ebertshauser, Esq., Joshua Bolen, Esq.,

Rob Actis, David Watson, and Laura Tannery.

On May 7, 2025, Respondent filed a motion to quash the subpoenas.

On May 8, 2025, Petitioner filed a response to the motion.

Having considered the motion and the response,

IT IS ORDERED quashing the subpoenas that were issued to Brodie Hurtado, Diana Ebertshauser, Kevin McPhillips, Jonathan Ebertshauser, Esq., Joshua Bolen, Esq., Rob Actis, David Watson, and Laura Tannery.
