On April 30, 2025, Michael Beaver (“Petitioner”) filed a Motion to Vacate/Withdraw Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Petitioner advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for May 5, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action.
