In the single issue Petition, Petitioner has alleged a violation by Respondent of Article 5.3 of the Respondent’s Covenants Codes and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which Petitioner indicates requires that the Architectural Committee consist of three members. In the event the matter is resolved prior to hearing, the parties shall file a joint statement so indicating and requesting to vacate the hearing.
